Reproductive healthcare should be accessible to everyone.
We’re a global team of doctors, nurses, engineers, account managers, marketers, and more. And we all have one fundamental belief: that reproductive health should be accessible to everyone.
At Fertifa, we recognise that reproductive healthcare looks different for everyone.
No two people will have the same journey. We are here to support people regardless of their sexual orientation, gender identity, relationship status, religion, race or age.
We are so proud of our diverse community of patients, employees and physicians, and we are committed to providing inclusive healthcare for everyone. To us, this means making our services accessible to all – and this includes making healthcare affordable to those from all economics groups and statuses.
We’ve seen firsthand the many health disparities across minority groups. We want to help people better understand their bodies and their health, and this includes recognising someone’s race, ethnicity, family history and other factors, and how this can impact their reproductive health.
One of the most important parts of our digital services is how we can accommodate the needs of more patients and ensure that everyone feels comfortable during their treatment. This includes being inclusive of neurodiverse patients or patients with varying abilities who might find it easier to book consultations from the comfort of their own home.
The language we use
We use terms like ‘man’ and ‘woman’ to refer to an individual’s sex at birth and reproductive system, but we understand that not everyone’s gender identity matches with their biological sex.
We’re here to support anyone who identifies as a man, woman, gender non-binary, gender non-specific or anyone who identifies themselves, their gender, or their sexuality in any way that we’ve not mentioned. We want to create content that is as inclusive as possible, and we are constantly learning and adapting to best represent our patients.
Our high standards ensures the best service for our staff and patients
We only work with inclusive partner clinics
The clinics we work with support all identities, backgrounds and relationship status through all reproductive health journeys. Unlike some services through public healthcare, private medical insurance sector and or other fertility service providers, we have no eligibility requirements.
Our services are available to any Fertifa patients, no matter how long they have struggled with fertility, the type of relationship they have, their geographical location or any other barriers. If you ever have any concerns regarding your clinic visits, our in-house clinical team are happy to talk with you and find a treatment plan that you are most comfortable with.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for abuse
At Fertifa, we are committed to inclusive healthcare for everyone and the right to inform and educate oneself, free of judgement or critique. We have a policy of zero tolerance of any form of abuse towards our patients or our staff and always invite feedback here. Our brilliant team is what makes Fertifa special, and our mission to create inclusive workplaces extends to how we treat our team too.

We’re constantly learning
This is how we are helping all our patients right now, but we are constantly evolving and working to make Fertifa more inclusive as a service and as a brand.
Over the next few months, we are working on making our app more accessible. We are making audio and video accessible for people who have hearing and seeing difficulties. We are also working with people in the trans community to create content that is specific to trans reproductive health issues.
We will continue to learn and educate ourselves on how to build a meaningful and welcoming community, where all of our patients and employees feel comfortable discussing their health and any other concerns that we can help them with.
As we grow, we will continue to update our inclusivity statement accordingly. Please reach out if you feel that we can make Fertifa more inclusive and representative of you.
