The Fertifa Payment Plan is for companies looking to provide their eligible employees with an interest-free option to pay for reproductive health treatments, health assessments or Fertifa consultations. It is available to employees of participating workplaces who satisfy eligibility and affordability requirements.

What is it?

The Fertifa Payment Plan pays an eligible employee’s healthcare provider the upfront cost of a reproductive health treatment, health assessment, or consultation. The employee will repay Fertifa the amount through convenient, interest-free salary deductions for up to 12 months.

How to access the Fertifa Payment plan?

To access the Fertifa Payment Plan, an employer must sign up to the Fertifa Enhanced Programme. Employees of those workplaces with access to the Payment Plan are able to apply and must satisfy eligibility and affordability requirements to access the service.  A Fertifa Advisor can help guide the employee through the process, from start to finish.

How long does it take to apply?
