Our patients will have access to educational resources, created and curated by medical experts on gender identity issues, such as gender-affirming care, gender dysphoria, and hormonal treatment.
Consult
Through the Fertifa app, patients will have access to unlimited calls with our clinical team. Our team will guide patients through the solutions that may be best for them, including referrals to partner clinics.
Refer
Our patients will have access to our curated a network of partners, from gender psychologists to consultants specialising in gender affirmation surgery. Our partners are carefully chosen for their leading status.

We are here to provide our patients with ongoing wellbeing support and navigational advice for everything from gender dysmorphia to gender-affirming care. Through our personalised, expert support, we provide our patients with the right care, at the right time for them.
Book an initial consultation
30-min consultation with our clinical team to discuss your journey and next steps. We will discuss all options available, including access to EAPs and referrals to our gender identity clinics and partners.
Discuss a plan of action
If together we decide that a referral is best, we will refer you on to our trusted network of partners. From gender psychologists to consultants specialising in gender affirmation surgery, their support services include hormone therapy, gender-affirming surgery, planning for gender transitioning and Gender Recognition Certificate (GRC) Applications.
Submit your claims
If your company offers financing as part of your benefits package, you can upload your invoices and receipts from any appointments with our clinic partners directly though the Fertifa app. You'll be reimbursed through your monthly payroll.
