How we support our Maternity patients
Learn
Our patients will have access to resources, created and curated by our in-house midwives on some of the most common pregnancy and postpartum challenges. We offer our patients access to expert resources and coaching to make the transition back to work easier.
Consult
Through the Fertifa app, our patients will have access to video calls with our in-house clinical team. Our team of nurses, doctors, and midwives will advise our patients on the best next steps for them, including enhanced support for high-risk pregnancies.
Care
We know that pregnancy and the postpartum period can be an anxious time. We provide our patients with 1-2-1 pregnancy, maternity, and postpartum care with additional access to obstetricians, gynaecologists, lactation consultants, night nurses, and midwives.
What the Maternity patient journey looks like
Fertifa can help employees navigate pregnancy and postpartum journeys with expert resources, medical support, and a holistic and ongoing approach. This includes 1-2-1 access to the Fertifa clinical team, midwives, and referrals to in-person specialist care.

Discuss a plan of action
A consultation with one of our midwives or obstetricians, where we will go through your pregnancy or postpartum journey in detail, answer any questions you have, and discuss the next steps to ensure the best possible outcome for you. This includes referring you for anything from scans to pre-conception counsellors to lactation consultants.
Submit your claims
If your company offers financing as part of your benefits package, you can upload your invoices and receipts from any screenings or treatment directly though the Fertifa app. You'll be reimbursed through your monthly payroll.
