We'd love to see you there!

The Fertifa team will be at the Watercooler event on the 23rd and 24th of April. If you've not signed up to the event yet, you can sign up here.

The Watercooler event is free to attend for professionals whose roles focus on Wellbeing, HR, Culture, Employee Benefits, Learning & Development, DE&I, Mental Health, Occupational Health, Facilities Management, Health & Safety, Training, and Workspace/Workplace Design in your own organisation. Please apply as a non-supplier.

We'll be around all day to discuss how reproductive health topics like menopause, fertility, and gender specific health issues can have an impact on your business.

We'll also be running a workshop at 3pm on the 23rd of April, 'Not Another Wellbeing Workshop: How *not* to draft your family-forming policy'.

In this interactive session we will be providing you with expert advice on how not to draft your family-forming policy, from industry leaders who have seen it all. We will explore the do's and don'ts when it comes to drafting an inclusive family-forming policy and you will leave with a strong understanding of what a successful family-forming policy should look like.

Topics to be covered in this workshop include:

  • Landmines: The common mistakes companies make when drafting family-forming policies.
  • Inclusions and exclusions: What should you include and exclude in your family-forming policy.
  • Stop and start: Where does policy stop and support start, and how far you should go.

Find us on stand W515 at the Watercooler event on both days. Book a coffee with our team to say hi on the day - we'd love to discuss how we can support your employees through reproductive health challenges.
