Menopause and perimenopause symptoms can have a huge impact on your team members' productivity and enjoyment of work. Our October 2024 survey into menopause support found that:

  • Almost one-third of people without access to menopause support at work have left or consider leaving their jobs
  • Over one in ten women are currently looking for new jobs that include menopause support
  • Almost seven in ten women said that menopause symptoms had a negative impact on their work

Ahead of International Women's Day this year, we will be discussing meaningful changes you can make in an organisation that will genuinely support women in your workplace. We will share tips on how to attract and retain senior women by prioritising menopause support in your workplace and will discuss the benefits to your employees and your bottom line.

From improved diversity in senior positions to reducing the gender pay gap and promoting inclusivity across your whole company, menopause support is becoming more important than ever.

During this webinar, we will cover:

  • The most common symptoms of menopause, and how they can impact someone at work
  • The types of menopause support your company can provide and the importance of a menopause policy
  • How investing in menopause support can benefit your organisation, as well as your people

There will be plenty of time for Q&A as always.
