With the understanding that 1 in 3 women experience severe reproductive or gynaecological health problems, 1 in 6 heterosexual couples experience fertility challenges, and at least 1 in 4 women experience severe menopause symptoms, Monzo recognised the importance of prioritising inclusive reproductive health and wellbeing support to help attract and retain its best talent.
On the 6th of May Fertifa's Executive Director, Eileen Burbidge, will be joined by Tara Ryan, VP People Experience at Monzo, to discuss why they introduced reproductive health benefits as part of their recruitment and retention strategy.
