Holistic health and wellbeing benefits are essential to an employer value proposition. Over recent years there has been a shift in priorities when it comes to work-life balance and a move towards prioritising employee health and wellbeing.

82% of Gen-z workers want mental health days as part of their benefits packages and 70% of millennials affected by fertility issues would change employers for a company that offers fertility benefits.

On the 24th of September, Fertifa's Executive Director, Eileen Burbidge, will be joined by Kerri O'Driscoll, People and Reward Manager at Foot Anstey, to discuss why they introduced reproductive health benefits to boost their health and wellbeing offering to help them become an employer of choice.
